Açaí bowl : end of summer recipe

With currants announcing the beginning and grapes marking the end of summer, this recipe full of vitamin C and antioxidants is as delicious as perfect to prepare to autumn.

For the base:

  • 200g açaí pulp
  • ½ banana
  • 50 mL water

For the toppings:

  • Black Grappes
  • Currants
  • Sesame and poppy seeds

Recipe :

In a blender, mix the banana with açaí pulp and water until a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a bowl and cover with sesame, poppy seeds, grapes and currants. Enjoy!
