1. Acai bowl
For 1 person:
- 2 pods organic açaí pulp
- 1 banana
For toppings :
- Half a banana
- 2 squares of 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
In a blender, mix two pods of organic açaí pulp with one banana.
Blend until smooth!
For topping, add half a banana sliced into thin slices, two squares of dark chocolate cut into small pieces, and a tablespoon of peanut butter.
2. Acai and chia seed verrine
For 1 verrine :
For the base:
- 100gr organic acai pulp
- 1/2 banana
- 5 fresh raspberries
For the chia mix:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 20cl almond milk
For toppings :
- Some fresh fruit
- 10gr granola
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
Mix almond milk with chia seeds in a medium-sized bowl. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes so the chia seeds swell and create a creamy texture.
For the acai blend, put half a frozen banana and a handful of raspberries in a blender. Blend it all together.
Spoon the chia mixture into the bottom of the verrine. Add the acai mixture on top.
Decorate with toppings.
3. Acai pancakes
For eight pancakes:
- 150gr flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 200ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the coulis :
- 250gr mascarpone
- a pod of thawedacai pulp
Crack an egg into a bowl, add a heaping tablespoon of sugar, and pour in a tablespoon of oil. Mix everything together.
In another bowl, mix 150g of flour with a generous teaspoon of baking powder. Put half of this mixture into the first bowl and mix well.
Slowly pour in 200 ml of milk while stirring, then gradually add the rest of the flour mixture.
When bubbles appear, flip the pancakes over and cook for about one more minute on the other side.
For the acai coulis :
Mix 250g of mascarpone with one portion of thawed pure acai pulp.Add a few spoonfuls of maple syrup to taste.
Top with some thawed red berries.
4. Acai affogato
For an affogato:
- 3 scoops of Nossa acai guarana sorbet
- A coffee pod
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chocolate crunch balls
Place a coffee pod in your coffee machine, or prepare your own instant coffee as you like.
Add three scoops of Nossa acai and guarana sorbet in a medium-sized glass. Add your coffee after frothing it.
Add some crunchy chocolate balls and a teaspoon of maple syrup for an even more delicious treat!
5. Acai latte
Ingredients (for 1 person) :
- 150gfrozen açaí (1 pod and a half)
- 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract
- 80ml soy milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation:
In a saucepan, gently heat the açaí pulp with one tablespoon of maple syrup and the vanilla extract.
Pour into a cup and prepare your soy milk foam. To do this, mix the milk with half a tablespoon of maple syrup and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and use an immersion blender to froth (you can also use a milk frother if you have one).
Pour the foam over your acai drink and add a pinch of cinnamon.
Enjoy immediately!
