A protein-packed acai bowl

Looking for a macronutrient-rich breakfast? We've got the perfect meal for you! 

The program includes an acai bowl rich in vegetable proteins, ideal before or after a good workout, or simply to fill up on protein! 

Acai is a superfood with multiple health benefits. Low in carbohydrates and full of essential fatty acids, it's the perfect addition to your fitness routine!

For two bowls, you will need :

  • Two pods of organic açaí pulp Nossa!
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces (preferred)
  • 250 gr. frozen red fruit
  • A dash of plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla vegetable protein
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or other peanuts)

For preparation : 

In a blender (or blender arm), blend the two pods with the banana pieces, the frozen red fruit and the dash of plant milk! Add the tablespoon of vanilla plant protein.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the mix into your bowls, and add the peanut butter as a topping.

You can also add other superfood toppings such as cocoa nibs, chia seeds, nuts and fresh fruit, to name but a few.
