Here's a gluten-free version of our chocolate and acai heart fondant recipe! The rice flour used in this recipe helps improve digestion and reduce bloating, offering an uncompromising gourmet experience for digestive well-being!

Ingredients for a chocolate fondant : 

  • 1 egg
  • 30g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 15g rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk

    Açai flowing heart:

    Mix 250g of mascarpone with one scoop of thawed thawed acai pulp. Add a few spoonfuls of maple syrup.

    Follow these steps to make the chocolate and acai fondant:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
    3. Mix the egg, maple syrup and flour.
    4. Add the melted chocolate to obtain a smooth paste.
    5. Place the dough in a mould, with the mascarpone-açaí mixture in the center.
    6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
