  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar for caramel
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions 

  • For the caramel, melt a cup of sugar in a saucepan until golden. Pour into a mould.
  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk, eggs and milk. Pour the mixture over the caramel.
  • Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Leave to cool and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Turn out carefully to reveal a creamy, succulent flan!
