Ingredients for 4 people
(or 2 food lovers) :
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean
- A bit of vegetable oil (for frying)
- 4 slices of bread
- 100 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g acai in pods
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sugar of your choice
Easy Rabanada preparation

In three separate bowls, prepare the ingredients. In the first bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon to make a sweet blend. In the second bowl, combine milk, condensed milk and vanilla seeds. Finally, beat the eggs in the third bowl.

Preheat a pan with vegetable oil, ready to welcome these crispy delights.

Dip each slice of bread first into the milk mixture, then into the beaten eggs, making sure they are well coated.

Gently place the slices into the hot pan and fry until golden-brown and crispy.
