- A few cubes of cooked beet for the bottom of the verrines
- 100g cooked beet
- 125g fromage frais or a vegetable alternative to fromage frais for a vegan version (you can use Le P'tit Frais Nature by Morice)
- 50g Terraçaí by Nossa! acai, thawed
- Juice of half a lemon
- A few crumbled pieces of gingerbread
Preparation:
Prepare the verrines:
