Ingredients:
- 10 fresh scallops
- 50g thawed acai Terraçaí by Nossa!
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh coriander
- A pinch of fleur de sel and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A few slices of bread on the side
